A national industrial supply company was in dire need of a very special Account Manager. This person has a lot of flexibility and the background and skills for managing small groups of important accounts. A successful candidate has experience in construction and manufacturing. Additionally, this person is comfortable interacting with various levels of management on job sites, has knowledge of construction and industrial supplies, and has the ability to drive to client sites on a weekly basis. After struggling to identify any qualified candidates, they started to feel that this position was simply un-fillable.
